how long does it take ...to do a bustle on a dress????

i just called Davids Bridal..and they told me it would take them 3 weeks to do a bustle...i was like ***....the seamstress...before told me i would pik the dress up the same day

My place it took a cple days and I went back...maybe they are booked up or something but 3 weeks is excessive IMO

thats wt i said..i wana punch that stupid lady in a nose...she was like.who told u that...who told u that...i was like peple that owrk w u...and she says well...whoever said that is crazy...!!! i wanted to go n beat her!!!

a few days....i went for my last fitting yesterday and they did my bustle...I am picking it up on Friday after one more little fitting for final adjustments on Thursday!!!

My bridal place did my final alteration and bussle together. It generally takes about a week in a half to 2 weeks. 3 weeks is like a month!!!

Don't wait until the last minute if it is the DB in Lake Grove. You don't want to know my horror with them. I went 7 times the last week before my wedding, so they could do it right. I took it home after the 5th or 6th time and knew it wasn't right, but accepted it anyway. My BM's saw it and freaked out and demanded that they fix it immediately. they did. they hired a new mgr that is suppose to be fixing issues. Once I had an appmt that they messed up the date, so watch that too.

omg...that is horrible....

thank god its not that one....the one that i got my dress is in Westbury!
im sooo scared that they will fk it up!

I got my dress/alterations at davids in westbury...no problems
My bridal party has another story.....yikes
