I am SOOO excited! Just got our BM dresses in the mail - heres a coupls of pics of me in them:





please ignore the bad hair and circles under my eyes - its getting late & I'm tired!!!

Not sure - either black strappy or a taupe strappy (like what I have on in the pic). Man, that dress is SO much more purple than the original one I tried on. UGH. I guess it will be fine.

Edited to say, Laura, did you notice the golf clubs in the background??? He putts while watching TV.

Very pretty! I think a dark deep purple strappy sandal would look very nice with those dresses.

OMG! Okay I can top it! My FH has been known to sleep with his favorite iron (putter etc. whatever... )
'Tis true. I rolled into bed one night to find a long cold shaft next to me! And it wasn't the good kind!


P.S. - the color is beautiful. Have no fear, it will not seem so bright when the flowers and the men in their kakkies are added to the picture. Not to mention the blushing bride!!!! Also, I am a fan of the taupe shoe - when i hear summer and beach, i think taupe. But black is always safe and sexy so you can't go wrong either way.

Okay, so here's my next decision - What color ties for the GM?

The GM will be wearing cream khakis and navy blue blazers. The BM are carrying green hydrangeas, green cymbidium orchids and some sort of full blown purple roses to contrast with the dress.

I was thinking light green ties for the guys...lets see if I can post a pic (they have sea shells on them...



What do you think?
