teach this lesson and pay tribute to a loved one..please read.

As some of you know, my moms fiance passed away the other day and today we buried him. Suffice it to say, one of the worst days of my life...all of our lives. It was horrible and now that darkness has set in, the feeling is worse. I know that the only thing that can take this pain away, is time..therefore i it here wishing my life away, wishing it was a year from now so that all of the 'firsts' were over and the pain a little less.

I didnt always get along with my moms fiance and just the past couple of years have I come to terms with him and tried to make amends. But now, it is too late to say all i wanted to say to his face. I talk to him every chance I get but I just wish I could do something to have him look at me, hold my hand, and talk to me back.

Basically, since right now I am experiencing the pain I am a stickler for saying what you need to say while here on earth. Try not to hold things in or back...tell people you love them and why, do not let stubborness or pettiness get in the way. I guess I tried to make myself a bit better by typing this and in a way it has worked.

I just feel like I need to tell the world what a wonderful man this person was and how much he loved and was able to be loved. He was the strongest, kindest, sweetest, most genuine man I have ever met. He didnt just enter into our lives, he has been with my mom for about 12 years and bascially raised my brother who is now 15.

Just please dont hold feelings in. I was stubborn and petty. I had too much pride to say what I needed to say and now hes gone. If i can teach one person this small lesson of life, I would feel like I helped a little.

God Bless you Kenny and rest in everlasting peace forever. You deserve not to suffer anymore. May you be our everlasting guardian angel...because God knows...thats where you are! I love you and always have.
