Books. I've given a bunch of board books for first bday's a few times and they love them-Moms too. If you go to B&N you can also get a plush toy with one of the characters from the more popular kids books also.

Any more kids events going on for you that we can help with?

Thanks.Its funny because everyone has their parties at the same time.We have 3 parties in the same weekend.We even had to turn down another one for the same weekend.

how about a gift card to Toys R Us. This way Mom can get what ever she needs. Most kids have plenty of toys/clothes. With this Mom can get diapers, wipes, lotions etc...

I guess it all depends on what you like to give. Some people give Bonds, some clothes, other toys. I gave Paul (Claud's son) a little people toy because I love that you can put them in the bath or baby pool and that was always fun for me as a kid.
