Kids say the cutest things

Anyone got any cute stories to share? I love hearing what comes out of kids mouths. They say the cutest things. You never know what they will pick up and how they interpret things....(also, I am avoiding the stack of work on my desk and figured I seek outside entertainment - lol)

I am not a parent but I can start with a cousin story (he's 3). My grandma lives downstairs from my aunt and cousins. My grandma told him to take his toy pig back upstairs to his house. She was sick of finding it in all strange places in her apartment. So he asked for a lot of paper towel because he wanted to wrap it up. She gave him one sheet and then catches him putting it on the side of her refrigerator. She asked him why won't he bring it upstairs. His response: Mommy said she doesn't want any pigs in her house! Too cute!!!

Niecey, I was going to start this same post again this morning, so it was funny that you just started !!! Im glad someone else started it this time, or everyone will think im the baby/kids thread hog, lol.

Funny one:
Yesterday we were at my brothers for a BBQ, and we were all getting ready to leave. my husband was in the living room with the kids, and I wanted to ask him to start packing the car (its a huge routine when you have kids:stroller, diaper bag, toys, etc etc.) So I was outside, I went by the window and peeked into the living room, and said 'John, wanna start packing the car? come on!'
He was with our 2yr old niece. and he goes 'Zia Anna is yelling at me, thats not nice, should I cry?' and she goes 'no, dont cry' and he goes 'well what should i do, shes yelling at me?' and she goes
'Buy a balloon'..



John thought that was priceless !!

Ok ... When my FG was about 3 she was just a little bratty. Especially with her grandfather who she adored & knew she'd get her way on everything.

One day she wanted him to take her to the park. He said 'no' & the crying began. He didn't give in right away & the crying turned into screaming. At last, he says out of desperation 'OK, we can go to the park'.

2 minutes later we heard her talking in the hallway & saying ...'Whew, that was a big one, I thought I would have to cry much harder!'

She certainly knew how to play it!
