UPDATED W/ POST STORY*watch channel 4 tonite, something happened in bellmore but I

I couldnt figure it out but the street right after Golds gym going south on bellmore ave/willis or wilson , maybe?? Is blocked off, seven cop cars, tons of tv cameras in the street, the news 4 guy was parking in the lot of my gym as I left????

I was going to walk over but I didnt want to be on TV after a 40 min cardio workout

so, in case I miss it if anyone sees it please post here

July 11, 2003 -- The female NYPD lieutenant found shot dead in her Nassau home was romantically involved with a married cop, and investigators speculate she may have killed herself because he would not leave his wife, law enforcement sources said.
The gun found next to Lt. Theresa Flannery's body Wednesday morning was hers and had been fired three times, the sources said.

Long Island cops believe she missed her first shot and fired a second time, hitting herself in the face. Bleeding and in pain, she put the gun behind her ear and pulled the trigger yet again, striking herself in the back of the head, sources said.

Flannery, 33, a 12-year-veteran, was on the list to become a captain. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly yesterday described her as a 'very well-respected officer.'

An autopsy was completed, but pending further testing, her death was not classified as either a suicide or a homicide.

Law enforcement sources said that Flannery left her husband, also an NYPD lieutenant, when she started seeing her cop boyfriend. She was upset because he was not yet willing to leave his wife for her, the sources said.

I have the 6pm news on and so far nothing. All they keep talking about is death and killings.

I dont think it will be on till 10 or 11
the news 4 van pulled into the lot of my gym as I was leaving but that was like 540

b/c there was a guy wearing a NYPD harbor shirt, dont know what he was doing lol
standing on the corner when I got there at 430 and then cameras were in the street at 430 then when I was going home channel 4 came too

I have no idea, could be nothing but there were a lot of cameras in the middle of the street.... first I thought they were making a movie
