I saw it on the news this morning...a guy is holding his common law wife at gun point since last night.

OMG! I hate hate hate hearing stories as such. It happens more than we think too. There are so many times that the dept. keeps it all under wraps... I hear it from DH and best friend all the time

this guy at the gym last nite said he saw them there at 930pm! THEY must have been there all day and nite! b/c they were there at 430 when I first go there and who knows who long before I sawsuch a shame

Sad story.tammy - DH goes to Golds Gym in Bellmore - is that the one near the train station? I must have got lost when (time and date) did this happen.

I think the guy holding his common law wife at gunpoint since last night is a different story. I heard it on the radio this morning and that is happening in Ozone Park Queens off the Van Wyck Expwy.

it happened wed, not sure what time, I got to the gym a little after 430 and the street was blocked off and TV cameras were everywhere, they were there when I left at 540 and someone I know said at 930 still cops

Tammy- I forwarded the article to him and he called me back and said did see the street blocked off and all the cops on Wednesday after the gym. Then he said more importantly - who is this person who goes to my gym? I told him he better be careful some girl may be coming up to you. He said - how would he know who I am - I said wedding pictures - she's seen them. He said who would remember - little does he know! LOL. He just started going there like 2 weeks ago after we moved. He hates it so far because he has no friends there. He lives in the gym and use to have a ton of friends in his gym in the city and really misses it. He said no one is friendly and all the guys are young and muscle heads. He needs a friend. Feel free to say hi - he is usually friend but you may catch him off guard!

Id let him make friends w/ craig LOL But then who would I work out with?? LOLa lot of people there are friendly, I made a lot of friends, plus every other guy there knows my mom LOL from the chiropractor's office in massapequa, maybe DH goes there??? so let me know if he needs a friend..... Ill find him a friendly guy LOL Since I have all these guys come up and say HI and ask how is my mom??? LOL Craig is like who is that and who is that?? Im like they are my moms friends
then I introduce them to my Husbandbut seriously- alot of the guys there are friendly - the ones who are older, I dont know many seventeen year olds! seems like there are a lot lately!

I know he just needs to take time - he is just use to his old gym - he was a member of Crunch in the city for 5 years. He is just a little impatient and being he spends a lot of time at the gym - he is getting antsy. He said there are a lot of teenagers when he goes at night. He said it is a little better on the weekends.

true- more people on the weekends, my moms friend Gerry from FDNY is there alot if he is there alone, Ill make him look for you hubby
he usually works out w/ this guy but a lot I see him by himself

ALSO niecey- they have a lot of happy hours everynow and then at like zacharys and stuff, they usually hang a sign and its free, next time they have one go! as long as craig isnt working Ill go toothey have a buffet and open bar for all members of the gym and they do a nice xmas party every year
