Rachel Ray can kiss my !@#

I made chicken cutlets topped with bruchetta (that I made myself..diced up tomatoes with finely chopped garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil), homemade mashed potatoes, and peas and mushrooms (sauteed with olive oil and a little garlic). And a salad....in 25 minutes FLAT including prep time, cutting and cleanup!!

GIVE ME MY OWN SHOW NOW FOOD NETWORK!

Your dinner sounds wonderful!! but I must stick up for my gal Rachael!! She makes 3 courses in 30 minutes....What was your dessert??

Allure, yes I do have a garbage bowl, that's a brilliant idea, I hate walking to the garbage can.

All kidding aside, I really like her too, she has great recipes!

Tammy, I agree. She is cool, does some great stuff, but sometimes it's just TMI. And her voice goes through my head like a nail.

And the whole EVOO thing drives me beserk. It takes as much time to say olive oil as it does EVOO.

My DH thinks I'm nuts b/c I can't stand Rachel Ray!!!! He tells me that i'm jealous and he makes fun of me! I can't stank her and what's up with the EVOO???? she says that and then tells you 'that's extra vergin olive oil for all of you who don't know!' W T F??? Why bother abreviating it if you are just going to tell us what it means anyway!!!! does she think she's coo or something????

All I have to say to all you haters is : I'm obsessed with her. FI makes fun of me b/c I watch her show everyday and am always making something of hers and saying 'rachel Ray tauhgt me this' LOL

Andrea - I say that to my DH too! LOL...I'm always saying that someone from the Food Network taught me something in the kitchen...esp. Rachel and Emeril (note: I am on a first name basis!)
