Can anyone help me with a baby shower gift idea?

hello! My sister is pregnant and I am working on her gifts. We went to a shower a few months agao where someone gave the new mom a different outfit for just about every holiday, etc. My sister LOVED that idea, so i want to do the same thing for her. So far I only have the 4th of July outfit. I knw what I will do for St. patricks day..but I am stumped on everything else. has anyone else done this or have any suggestions for any of the holidays? Im gettin stressed about this. Her shower is a week before my wedding..so Im trying to get as much done now as I can. Thankyou SOOOO much for any suggestions you might offer!!!

If they're CAtholic, you can get a little santa outfit. For Halloween, you can get a little pumpkin outfit.For Easter, you can get a little bunny outfit.

Does she know if it's a boy or girl?
You might want to get some First B-day stuff. Something with hearts or 'love' for Valentines day.
Memorial day would be flags and stuff.

oh you guys are good!! Thanks!! We know that she is having a baby boy. I just ordered his beautiful Irish sweater and a little wool hat too match with a shamrock bottle. Ill get him the jeans from the gap. I loved your suggestions...THANKYOU!!! keep em coming!!

be very careful about sizes too. just because a baby is 3 months old, doesn't mean they wear the 3 month size.
BRU has all the halloween stuff out now. very cute. tons of cute stuff.
For Christmas i would get holiday PJs.
Valentines- a red sweater set
Easter- a sailor suit
Thanksgiving- a brown courdoroy (ssp?) pants w/sweater
First b-day- one of those cute shirts that says I am the Birthday Boy or something like that.

Michele, what GREAT ideas!! I wasnt sure about what todo for christmas because that is something teh parents whould most likely pick out, like a cute suit or something..PJ's are a GREAT idea! You mentioned BRU....for Haloween..can you tell me what that is.Im sorry I dont know. I love the sailor suit idea too! I love the santa suit soemone mentioned as well. All of you guys have given me so much to work with!! THANKYOU!!

What a cute idea for a gift. I love it.

At Vday I put on red lipstick and took a bunch of pics of Lukes face all kissed up - he looked so adorable - so maybe you can give her a red lipstick too.
