Do you wear a bra to bed??
I was just discussing this with a friend, she was telling me she does. I remember hearing awhile ago that wearing a bra to bed isn't good for you...but then again...what really is??All I know is, the second I walk in my door my bra is OFF!..lol, if I can get away with not wearing one at all I don't. I HATE them!!
Anyone else???

Re: Do you wear a bra to bed??
A friend of mine in High School did that. It was strange. She'd get home and right before bed put on a fresh bra. Very strange. She said she was so used to it she could imagine not having one on.I get home and it ALL comes off. Im in my jammies faster than a blink. Rings, watch, jewelry, dress clothes, socks, bra all gone. I walk around in a oversized Tshirt and jammies. COMFY
Unless I run up and down the stairs Im alright.
I get uncomfy if I have to talk to anyone other than my FH without wearing a bra tho. I know that sounds stupid, but i'll put a bra on to go outside and get the mail or if I have to answer the door or even to the kitchen if I know my FMIL or FSIL/FBIL FGMIL are out there. Silly I know.

Re: Do you wear a bra to bed??
OK -I seem to have a theme of nurotic posts, I try and wear at least a sports bra to bed - I am well endowed and very afraid of droopy ness in my future. I feel like they wont droop as much if I keep my tas packed in !!!!!
I am trying to avoid a tata lift later in life!
I know this method probably will not help - but I gotta try !

Pajamas are uncomfortable for me to sleep in, forget about a bra! No, never and whenever I have fallen asleep before I got undressed, I wake up in the middle of the night because its sooooo unformfortable!

Re: Do you wear a bra to bed??
I can't sleep with my bra on ..it is way to uncomfortable. That is a good point about wearing one so my giant boobs won't sag later in life...maybe that is something I should consider!

Wow- Im weird I have to sleep with a bra on. MY Fi yells at me all the time to let them breath
But I just feel comfortable in one. As soon as I walk in the door Im undressed but the bra always stays on.

Re: Do you wear a bra to bed??
Never!! - I am another one that when I get home, the bra comes off and I'm into my comfy sweats and tee shirt. If I didn't feel like I needed to wear one, I never would. I was so excited when I was in my SIL's wedding when my other SIL & the rest of the girls said I didn't need to wear one because the top was fairly structured. I felt so FREE!!

Kim,
Then I make it obvious I'm not wearing one!
I fidget. I think deep down inside im a shy person.
Im also only a B so I can see the reason for a sports bra if I were better equiped. However with the average amount I have I have no need.
I have fallen asleep with it on. No biggie. If the bra is comfy. If not then I feel like my tits are being twisted off my body.
I HAVE to sleep with Jammies on. I live with my FMIL, FBIL, FGMIL. In Texas I used to just walk around in a Tshirt (if you were lucky) when I lived on my own. My apt was always kept a comfy level all year long (god I miss central Air/Heat). But what if I have to go wee here? I got to get dressed. That bites! Besides. AT least back then I'd close all the windows and lived on a second floor. Here, the FGMIL opens up all the windows to allow in light and breeze. NO THANK YOU. Jammies I have learned to live with although i HATE when they jam up all the way to my knees.
