What's your favorite board game?

Trying this again!!

We just bought the 20th anniversary edition of Trivial Pursuit and we're hooked!

Does anyone have any favorites?

hey - I just replied and it didnt come up weird ....

Anyway I love trival pursuit 20th addition we play soo much that we know practicaly all of the answers.

I voted for scatergories !!!! I love that game!

Have you played cranium yet ?

You did not put scrabble We even have the travel version, that hubby and I take with us everywhere.

We have this game called the game of life I love it. I have never played Trivial Pursuit. We have a few group games, b/c we are always having game nights at our home

We have Outburst which we have not played yet.

We LOVE taboo this game gets us going all the time. Guys against girls...love it, the men are so bad sometimes

There is this other male vs. Female game that we have, cannot think of the name now.

What is trivial pursuit all about???

Shamma, trivial pursuit is a question and answer game.. you have categories that you can choose from, and the new version has questions like

'What is the name of the Defense of the Dark Arts professor from the Harry Potter series'

You collect pieces as you move through the game and the person who gets all of their pieces first (and answers the final question correctly) wins!

I wish there were more selections on the poll, I would have added Scrabble and Pictionary! I love them!

trival pursuit -

is a game of factual questions put into diffrent catregories - pluse you roll dice and have to calculate how to get a chip for answering your questions correctly, you want to get as many chips as fast as you can by answering correctly to beat your opponents.

sports and lesiure
history
science
people and places

I cant remeber the rest - help me out

What is Scattergories???

Trivial pursuit sounds hard, can you only pick from categories where you are certain you have some ideas of the answers?? are there levels to this game?? I know nothing about Harry Potter.

my personal fave is candy land. i'll never grow up as for adult games i like scattergories and scrabble though i stink at both!
