wedding coordinator needed

After all my planning, I've come to realized that I need someone to over see my reception site. That person will be in charge of making sure the reception site is set up correctly and on time. The vendors will start setting up at 12:00p.m,the ceremony takes place at 2:00p.m and the cocktail hour begins at 4:00p.pm. on August 21, 2004. I would like to have everything in place prior to the guest and bridal party's arrival. Any information would be highly appreciated.

Have you looked at Blue Swan Events? They are listed under new vendors here on LIW. I met Tina and Maria of Blue Swan this weekend for the first time and they both seem extremely competent and very nice. Perhaps they're whom you seek?
