Celtic Renaissance Theme

I am trying to put together a Celtic Renaissance themed wedding. My fiance and I have a lot of conflicting ideas, and really don't know how to pull everything all together. Any ideas of how to get the full feel of the theme besides clothing, food, and music? We are working with a fairly cheap budget so anything we can do ourselves would be better than having to spend an arm and a leg.
