engagement party favors?

we are giving all of our guests really nice candle favors, but we have two eight year old kids coming as well. we dont think candle favors are a great idea for them, does anyone have any favor ideas for them? its one girl and one boy. thanks for all your help!

I saw this for a little girl:
I saw it on TheKnot.com - it doesn't seem to saw flowergirl or anything on it and it's pretty inexpensive. It's a create your own candy neckalce kit. For the little boy...

we just found out that we are now up 5 kids at our party. so i guess we will have a kids table. does anyone have any cute centerpeice/ favor ideas? its mostly all boys and one girl. thank you!!!

You could set up some LEGO sets in the middle. They have so many different kinds - you may find something to suit your tastes

Or your could put a bunch of crayons in the middle of the table and have a white paper tablecloth they can draw on. I've also seen candy favors as a centerpiece.
