Help Girls!! I am at my wits end with invites. Need your help!
I have searched and searched through so many invitations!! I can't find anything that I like. I need to make a decision by Monday. Would any of you be able to help me by posting pics of invites?Here are the specifics:
I want something traditional, but with a little edge. I don't like anything modern looking. I like the colors gold and chocolate. But I am flexible. I don't want to go over $3500 for 150 invites.

That is a lot of money to spend. Check out Rebecca at Favorite Things Invites- she's a board vendor under calligraphy. She was so great to work with. I knew which invite I wanted. When I met with her she had the book open to my invite and still spent almost 2 hours with me talking about fonts/color/etc.

I got mine for $500 through Carlson Craft. $3500 is sooo much money for invitations...JMO

Have you check out C'est Papier? They have gorgeous invites in your price range. I spent over $3000 for 125 invites but I LOVE THEM!! and I received so many phone calls telling me how beautiful they are. I'll see if I can post a pic of mine. They are champagne color with a love knot on top.

OMG...$3500?????You can vbasically get whatever your heart wants for that money? Ours are $300....

I agree, I would have them custome made to whatever you like, or have seen, thats a LOT to spend...Here are the only gold or brown pics I have...The second one has the brown insert over it, doesnt look brown in the pic....

I went to have them custom made but they would have been $5000. That is too much money for invites. I know that I can find them cheaper, but I am more concerned with the quality than the price.

Wow! You have some budget! My only advice is think about what is most important to you. What is most important to you spending that much money on. I did not spend a lot on invitations because knowing our families they are going to look at it some will toss it and write it on their calendar's. I would rather spend my money on personalized favors. Maybe you should look into someone who can make your invitation a little more personal. Tell them about you and your Fh's relationship, how you met, what you do together and take it from there. JMO! Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

Try C'est papier. They have beautiful invites as well as Encore Studios. Did you ever look at the boxed ones(memories for the future)? They are very nice and in your budget.

Thanks! I found her on ebay. I was looking for custom wedding invites and came across her auctions. They were all beautiful. We have been working outside ebay now creating the engagement invites. She is from Tenneessee so the prices are so much better. The engagement invite I think is going to be a little over $2 and the wedding ones without programs are around $2.50Here is a link to her custom invitation ebay auctions.
