Re: How much $$ for your first/starter home??

Ours was $545,000. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, garage, lr, fdr, den, eik, unfinshed basement, slate roof, brick colonial.

Edited to say: Plot is 60X80 and taxes are $9,000+.

Re: How much $$ for your first/starter home??

i got a 'steal' on a levitt cape. i paid 290K for it. it needed a lot of work, but it was all good because my family did all of the work, so i made out well.

its my starter, but i plan on staying and expanding it to suit my need/wants.
