I have no choice but to do my album ASAP!!

I got a call from my photographer last night. I don't really understand all the details, something about the digital negatives and the storage of them or something like that, but it seems that if I don't get all of our albums picked out within the next 3 weeks it will take WAY longer to get everything done. Soooo, nothing like lighting a fire under me to get this started. Gotta now get the proofs to the mothers (mine is in Brooklyn so that should be interesting) and back so we can pick ours all in 3 weeks. Well, seems I have a new project to work on!! I'm glad because it will get them done but at the same time, I don't like the thought of feeling like I'm on a deadline! I did check back with him and it turns out that I can always get additional portraits, etc. its not like the negatives disappear, they just get archived or something like that -- whew!!

I picked mine out in about 2 weeks also but because I'm in a rush to get my thank-you pic's out. We had to pick between about 700 but thank god we finally got it done.

The thank you note was actually the easy part! Thank God that got done right away...I was going through the proofs one more time before dropping them off at my MIL's and you're right with 700 proofs - narrowing down to 70 is a mini-nightmare!!!

I just sent off my pics today to the photographer. I can't wait to see my album. They say it will take around 2 months!!
