Tell us your what your friend likes to do, does she already have a ton of stuff, colors she loves.

You can do a Cooking or Wine theme type shower, if she doesn't need lots of house stuff. You can also do a garden party, and pray it doesn't rain :D

A wishing well- you can get a nice basket and wrap it in fabric or use a big hamper that is wrapped in fabric. Stef's was made out of wood and very nice. It had buttons all over it.

She likes fishing,gambling,dancing,beer (not wine).These are things I can't see putting a theme to.

She is moving to Florida after they are married.

Honeymoon Destination/Travel
Cocktails/Wine
Tea Party
New Home
Ethnic Themes (Asian/Indian/Etc)
Any color can be a theme
Garden
Beach
City Life (ala sex in the city)

The ideas are limitless!

Maybe you can do an entertaining theme? Or WHY can't you do a beer around the world theme? that would be cute- give everyone a beer stein as a favor with some big pretzles? Get a really big cooler to use as a wishing well.

I did an Asian theme for my friend- the food was Asian and I used Asian inspired decorations. Gave chopsticks and chinese soaps for the favors.... but the wishing well was baking related because that is what she likes.
