NWR: suggest a digital camera!

I'm getting a digital camera for graduation from the FILs and they asked me which one I wanted. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone love theirs? Thanks!

I got my FH a Cannon PowerShot A80 4.0 mega pixels. I don't think they make that one anyone, put the Cannons take beautiful pics!!!!... Very Happy with the selection...

I have the Cannon A400(?) the FI bought it for me for Xmas. Love it! Really easy to use. Got it from PC Richards for about 300 - should be on sale now.

I have the Sony Cybershot 5.0, so far its been nice to use, pics come out well and it has the video option too which I like.

I dont think you can go wrong w/ Canon cameras either, they do take great pics.

I have a Kodak 6400 I think lol I use the thing so much, but can't remember the model number lol It works awesome and has lenses you can purchase separtely...

I dont like mine, but my mom has a cannon that I really like. Of course I don't know which one, but it can connect directly to the printer and print great pics!

FH has a Kodak digital camera and it takes the most AMAZING photos! And they're not very expensive.

I have a cannon powershot s400 and I love it!! Its very small and you can take it anywhere!! its 4.0 megapixels and the pictures come out great!!

I also have the canon powershot s400 and I love it as well!! I took the camera with me to South Africa this past January and everyone went nuts when they saw the pictures - they all came out amazing. It is the perfect size -small enough to tote around anywhere. I would recommend it and if I had to buy another camera, I would buy another Canon in a heartbeat!

Love Canon - I have the powershot S410 with a 1 MB card so I can take like 450+ pictures at the highest settings.

The pics in my album (starting from about April 2004) were taken with my canon. I use a tripod and the timer for our vacation pictures so we don't have to ask strangers to take them

I would definitely buy another canon if I ever need to upgrade.

ETA - The LIW resizer makes them look a bit fuzzy but the actual files are definitely not fuzzy.

I recently bought the Casio Exilim 5.0 megapixel. I absolutey love it. It takes great shots. My pictures are very clear.

I have the Kodak Easyshare CX7430. I had one of hte original easyshare cameras and had nothing but issues with it! But DH got me this one for christmas and I LOVE IT! Its tiny, light, easy to carry, has a nice big LCD screen. And he got me the printing dock which is my favorite thing! The pictures come out great and are done in no time! But the ink is $$$ so you can only print out some of your pics!
