Re: Silly Questions.....
Watch out if you are actually late for the ceremony, itself, the church may make you pay more.. I know that is how it is with my church...JMO

Re: Silly Questions.....
My ceremony is at 4pm. Their is 5:30 mass. I will not be late b/c I dont want to be rushed out by the little old ladies who want their seats for mass
I plan on being there on time
Plus my church is very pissy about time so I cant be late

Re: Silly Questions.....
Definitely not. It's awful to do that to your FH and your guests. Plus the church usually has either functions or mass after you so you're making those people wait as well.

Re: Silly Questions.....
Two years ago my friend got married at her church in Queens and the priest had the couple put down a $100 refundable deposit - refundable if she showed up on time. If she was late she lost the money. The reason they started doing this was because too many brides were showing up late and it really does cause a problem - especially if another couple is getting married after that ceremony. Imagine if your wedding was delayed because the couple before you were late! I would be pissed so I say show up on time - don't let the poor guy be any more nervous than he already is and definitely don't delay the church or anyone else from their plans.

Re: Silly Questions.....
Don't be late! Besides your church and FH not liking it some of your guests may be upset too, they may have to drop off kids, get their hair done, go home and change, etc.Welcome New Vendors
