Ahhh sorry I just saw this!!

I'm so excited. We've been house hunting for awhile now and its the perfect house for us.
It's an exp. Ranch in Levittown (Island Trees SD). 3 beds,2 bath. There's alot of space...huge kitchen, big livingroom, plus a den. There's an inground pool with pavers around the backyard. It's such a gorgeous house!!!

Just had the inspection today and now we're going to contract!! I can't believe its happening!!

PS I totally forgot to tell you but Craig and I were house-hunting a few weeks ago (we've since stopped though) and when we went to sign in on the stupid guest books, we saw Brian's name...!!! We asked the real estate lady when you had been there and she said you had JUST left a few minutes prior. Small world, huh?

OMG I LOVE THAT PLACE!!!

i forget what it's called but they have this 'appetizer' which is a half avocado with crab on top of it, with this sweet sauce and slightly spicey rice noodles under it ... it's pretty much the most amazing thing ever!!!!!! DROOL

I think thats where it is..I have no sesne of direction. If i'm coming from east meadow we made a left by the friendly's...and then turned down a bunch of side streets . It's by the Jerusalem Ave Field and La Foccicia shopping center.

I need to learn North and South better. And levittown too now that I'll be living there!!
