i have to share this recipe its too damn good to keep to myself!! make this chicken it was the easiest and most delicious dish i ever had. hubby was practically licking the bowl.

Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken

It's not the most healthy option out there but its just worth it, trust me!!

When it says 3 - 4 chicken breasts....how big were the oens that you used?

When it says 3 - 4 chicken breasts....how big were the oens that you used?

i actually just bought a package of chicken breast tenders that were pretty thin and small to begin with and cut them into about 1 inch cubes. i think there were about 8 tenders in the package which is probably the same as 4 regular breasts - when they were all cut into little pieces it was enough chicken to fill a dinner plate

i have to make this on a weekend though - 1 hour to make dinnre is a weekday is too long since we don't normally eat dinner as it is until 8pm

I made it last night and it was SO worth the hour cooking time!! DH thought I had ordered in Chinese. It was amazingly delicious!
