My !st Anniversary 4-7-01(long)

Yesterday was my first anniversary, and I can't believe it's been a whole year! My husband took me to a beautiful restaurant in the city called One if by land, two if by sea. It was such a romantic place. They had excellent food, VERY pricey thogh. then he surprised me with tickets to see 'rent'. That was a great show , we both really enjoyed that . The day started w/ a beautiful bouquet of flowers, that he had given me. I gave him this gadget for the computer, that he absolutely loves. But when we exchanged our cards, that was very emotional to both of us. he just wrote such a beautiful reflection of our fist year of marriage that made me cry. He was very emotional at that pointas well. we had such a wonderful day reflecting on our wedding day, our first year of marriage, our future that we both look forward to. I'm sorry this is so long, i just wanted to share my first year with all of you newlyweds. I hope you all have an enjoyable first year as I have!

glad to hear this as- Phyl

Married life really hasn't been much of an adjustment for us. We lived together shortly after we got enaged. so we both got a feel of what married life was all about. Its just nice that we have our own home and everything that comes with it. I find that married life is very enjoyable. I'm with my best friend all the time!
