Want to sell something

I want to sell the crinoline slip for my dress. I was thinking how shipping it is going to be a major pain since it is so big so I wanted to sell it to someone local. I was wondering if you get in trouble for posting things on the liweddings chat for the brides. I dont want to get in trouble for it but they dont have any other board for long islanders to sell stuff on here.
What do you guys think. This thing is just taking up so much of my closet space!
Heather

Want to sell something

Hi Jen
I am not sure of the size. I am a size 6. And it is a long length since i am tall. I got it for $75. I would sell it for $40 I guess. I was hoping to find someone not too far away so I can avoid mailing it out, its rather big.
Thanks

maybe

you can go to the liweddings site...and post that if anyone is looking for a crinoline- to email you.
This way it isn't taking up space on the website.
I think that would be ok

That would be fine with us at liweddings. We just don't want businesses using the board for that. Thats why we have a wedding Service index. Be our guest. I will put a note in the 'suggestion box' about having something for brides to post items.

For us, the process moved extremely fast, though it seemed like forever. We found the house in mid-October and were supposed to be in before Christmas, until the homeowner changed their mind and decided to stay through Christmas. If I remember correctly, owners have the right to delay a closing date by up to 30 days.
