i usually dont eat breakfast.. when i do its egg whites with 3 slices of dlei meats and ketchup or leftovers from the night before... fried calamari, whopper, chinese food (usually weekends)

Cheerios with goat's milk and blueberries or strawberries
Whole Wheat waffles with cut up fruit
