Whats your typical breakfast like?!

Usually I make omlettes and go elaborate on the weekends, but daily its plain boring cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats) with skim milk, and tea on the way out...

Need some ideas!

Egg white omlete with peppers and onions on a whole wheat low carb tortilla and a clementine.

sometimes instead of peppers and onions, I'll do spinach and onion.

I also like oatmeal with cut up strawberries too.

Oatmeal 80% of the time

Cereal - usually Kashi - either Strawberry Fields or Blueberry morning (something like that) - 20% of the time

I usually get hungry again around 10ish so I eat a cottage cheese to-go (2% milkfat) or a greek yogurt (also 2%)

During the week, usually oatmeal with a banana. But lately I've been bringing Fiber One Caramel Delight, with a cup of skim milk and a cut up banana.

usually just coffee and whites of 2 hard boiled eggs. Sometimes some grapes. On the weekends I'll make eggs or just have cereal

it varies depending on time...

nutrigrain bar w/ activia yogurt

a bowl of fiber one cinnamon delight (tastes like cinnamon toast crunch)

2 eggwhites with turkey bacon on whole wheat toast.

Either oatmeal with fruit or cold cereal with skim milk and fruit on the side.

Weekends...usually lowfat waffles with peanut butter and some fruit on the side. This is more of a 'brunch' thing than just breakfast.

I mix it up a lot. I usually have either:

bagel thin with WW cream cheese
Light, multigrain english muffin with PB and banana
Oatmeal
Special K cereal

On the weekends I love omelets with veggies in them

Occasionally I run to D&D and get the veggie eggwhite sandwich

Otherwise it's mostly a ham & cheese (or turkey and cheese) sandwich on flatbread..

sometimes a hard boiled egg sandwich.

And if last nights dinner was really good, I'll have that for breakfast...my stomach doesn't distinguish from 'breakfast foods'..

Either egg white sandwich or nutrigran waffles. Sometimes I'll go for cereal (Fiber One, Apple Jacks, Cheerios, Coco Krispies.) I'm all over the place with cereal.

During the week:
Cinamon Raisen Bagel with Butter or 2 Hard Boil Eggs

On the weekends:
(much more elaborate)
Eggs Sunny Side Up or Scrambled with Bacon & side of Toast
Scrambled Eggs with Bacon on a Toasty English Muffin
Blueberry Pancakes
Waffles

I loooooooove breakfast!

If I'm working - ceral with skim milk at 6am, egg whites with toast or yougurt with fruit at 10:30. Lunch at 2. I'm on my feet from 7a-7:30p so I need feul to keep me going!

If I'm off it so varies! I might do cereal, I might do eggs, English muffin, fruit. But I def don't eat as much as when I work!

i rarely eat breakfast, unless its brunch on the weekend.

during the week, i rush to work and have a cup of coffee.....if i have time and/or im starving, i may get a roll.

but usually its just coffee for me
