She said something about 'We've been doing these steps since September' so I'm hoping when they announce winter classes (since we're on a fall schedule now) it will restart or start somewhat from the beginning again. Am I wrong?

hmmm - tough call - - because the regular die hards want it to be tough - although all instructors do come up with new moves to keep them challenegd, so maybe she will begin the new year hard, but with new moves to break down for you - also, if she is a good instructor, which I'm sure she is, she'll anticipate the resolution people...
