Well, I ordered the invites. Finalizing things with DJ. Need to pick out ketubah. Waiting for my gloves. I think thats all for now.

Hi Everyone-Okay it's June 10th and we ordered our custom rings (which will be ready first week in August) We go on Saturday to start making the mold for my band and size my FH finger for his design. My Proof of the invitation should be coming in tomorrow. So next step is making more appointments because can you believe that I don't have an officient!!

We still have to get rings, have to plan the rehearsal dinner, finish song selection, mail out invites, meet with the judge (although he's booked) FH has to finish honeymoon stuff. We have to do tuxes, all fittings, make programs, finalize the favors...
The list goes on and on

I think I goofed with the invites...
Does anyone know a 24 hour post office???because I think they have to go out like today and I really was held up with a few things.
Or Can I wait until Saturday?

Mrswask: I noticed your going to Hawaii. Me too!! We leave on the 3rd. Where are you going? We are going 7 or 8 nights in Maui and 3 or 4 on The Big Island. (I can't remember the # of nights

)

We're staying at the Ritz Carlton on Maui. Where will you be?

All of the post offices will be closed tomorrow, so nothing will be going out. Where are you located? In Manhattan there is a Post Office on the Westside that is open until 8pm.

StepherG - we're leaving on the 3rd too!!

Not going to Maui - - but going to the Big Island at the end of our vacation - i think the 11th through the 13th - or something like that!!

My colors are champagne. But the flowers you picked in your picture are similiar to what I have picked. I love the colors , especially for the season.

That is going to look great with the red that the girls are wearing.

*Update*

We sent out the invites last tuesday on schedule, but we still have a few more to send out this week. We already got 11 responses and they are all coming.

We got a call from the Hutington Townhouse that they want us to come in and pick out our food for the wedding.

I have to get Tuxedos for myself and the 7 guys in my bridal party.

We have to call the DJ so we can pick out all the songs we want and of course give him more money.

We have to go leave a payment on our wedding bands. We had mine custom made and I saw it on Friday. It looks amazing.

We still have to buy mints with personalized wrappers for the reception, a Pen for the sign in book and one gift for our readers. We have Danielle's best friends parents doing a reading, and we have no idea of what to buy them...Any suggestions would be great.

We are in the process of painting and cleaning our new apartment. It needed more work than we both thought it did, but it will look amazing when it is done.

We bought new furniture from Seamans last weekend.

We have been so busy and we are still going to be really busy in the weeks coming...My head has been spinning and we have both been so stressed out....I am hoping that our day is beautiful, because Danielle really deserves this....and I cannot wait to go on our honeymoon where I wont need my checkbook, or my cellphone for 1 week....

here is a suggestion for her best friend's parents.. a picture frame (u could take a pic of the four of you on the wedding day and give to them when you get it), a photo album( Macy's has great ones)or a nice bottle of wine (wine glasses optional)

It depends on when you need to let your reception site know your final number or minimum. My hall needs me to have my guranteed number by July 19th--which is also my birthday
