I voted for Jen the Hair Genie. She did a fabulous job for me and my bridal party. She took plenty of time to make sure everyone was happy and was a pleasure to work with!

I voted for Fox Hollow for best catering hall in Nassau County. The food is amazing, the price was fantastic, and people are STILL telling us, 3 years later, that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding

I voted for Hair Sculpting by Renee for best hair: updo. My hair was beautiful, the girls that she worked on looked amazing, and her personality is so wonderful at 6 in the morning. I loved working with her

The Inn at fox hollow was my vote for hotel. It was very convenient for our guests, they gave me a great price for the event, and the rooms are so comfortable.

For harpist, I chose Janet King. I LOVED working with her from the first moment I met her. we had met at a bridal show, and when we went to book her, she remembered me and that I loved phantom of the opera, so she made sure it was part of my ceremony. The music was beautiful, and a nice touch to teh ceremony. I just wish I could have hired her for the cocktail hour as well.

My vote for makeup is the amazing and wonderful makeup by Oksana. I LOVE HER. She is amazing, a great artist, and was the ONLY makeup artist I considered for my wedding day.

MY alterations vote is for Tanya's fine european tailoring. I put that woman through so much for my wedding, letting it out, then having to take it back in because I lost 15 pounds the month before the wedding due to my mothers passing. The dress looked amazing, you could not tell any work was done, and she was so much more reasonable than going to a salon

I'm voting for After Hours for DJ/MC. After seeing them at a showcase AND having two fellow bride friends recommendation... FH and I met and booked with Phil!! We cannot wait to have him at our wedding!!

I voted for Black Dahlia Inc. for best florist. Their work and pricing is unbeatable. They understood my vision and I'm sure are going to nail it on the day of my wedding.

I vote Angela's Hair Design for best hair because her prices are great, she's sweet and has so much talent. I love her.

For best DJ I chose Tommy's Tunes because they were great to negotiate with and I felt like you get the most for your money. I can't wait to have them DJ our wedding.

Lastly... I voted Lighthouse Photography for best photographer. Florio has so much talent and vision... can't wait for him to document our special day.

My vote goes to Crest Hollow for the catering hall. It's an incredibly large venue with gorgeous sight-lines and picture opportunities. The food is rate top notch, the venue itself is beautiful, and the staff has been more than courteous. Our banquet manager, Eric, has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

I voted for Sand Castle Caterers They are amazing and make your vision a reality. The staff is excellent and I couldn't be more happier. They are trying to make this experience a little less hard with my mom not being here. They are very the best.

I voted for one of my favorite vendors, Cheeky Details. These ladies already have gone above and beyond my expectations and we are still 9 months from my wedding date. They answer my emails within literally minutes, and always have answers for my questions and help with anything I really need. They listen to me vent and are always just there when I need it. They definitely get my vote for best of 2013.

So happy I booked them early! xo

I voted for East Wind for catering halls in Suffolk, we just knew as soon as we walked in that it was the place we would get married in. They were courteous and professional, and not pushy like most of the other places we visited. They made us feel welcome and were just so nice about everything. They have been great with communication so far, and we are very happy. Can't wait for the big day.

I am voting for Ken Hild as a photographer! He is super reasonable and FH and I get along SO well with him! He is SO responsive to my emails and everything I've asked for so far and I cannot wait for him to be apart of our special day!!
