Did you take any pictures of yourself in the dress when you ordered it? If so, try posting some on her, someone may recognize the designer.

Also, on their site, they list the designers they carry. Maybe search the designers' sites to see if you find a picture of your dress or if you can match up the style number from your receipt.

Most importantly, don't panic. Fortunately, we've still got a few months to figure all of this out and get the answers we need and deserve!!!!

so confused now.. i dont even remember the designer of my dress.. i checked my receipt and it only has numbers on it. I wouldnt even know how to attempt to find out who the designer is... Help me!! I just called bridal couture and the machine picked up and said to leave a message and they would get back to you... Seriously what is going on with this place?

i just spoke to my friend who spoke to her designer .. and the designer said bc is closed and will be sending out letters this week that the store closed...

i bought my dress there and what i did because i wanted to see if i could get a better price was look at the designers on the website. THen go through the designers website to find the # of the dress. Post a pic

post it in your album. then right click. then hit post image link
that is the best way or you can go to the top where is says resizer and it will send you the right size.

Here are instructions someone previously posted about how to upload pictures:

step 1 : save your pic as .jpeg or .gif
step 2: if your file is too big open the folder that has the pic in it , right click it and press open with
microsoft office picture manager
step 4 click edit
step 5 click compress pic for web pages
step 6 save

When you enter a board, on the top right hand side of the screen (just above where all the threads are listed), you'll see 'New topic' and 'New poll'.

ok so im hunting for the designer of my dress... bc just called me from a blocked number... when i asked them what the heck is going on... the woman said the store is closed.. couldnt tell me why they closed.. when i asked her the designer of my dress she hesitated and told me the designer name, but not the name of my actual dress.. and then perceded to tell me my dress is going to be shipped to them and then they are going to shipp it to me via UPS and I should get it in 2 weeks... and it gets better she gives me a cell number where i can reach them and tells me i can still use their seamtress but i would have to go to the womans house. She also said that when i get the delievery i have to pay by cashiers check.. so its C.O.D..=cash on delivery . ARE you KIDDINGGGG meee????
so now im questioning am i really going to get my dress or is that decoy? I spoke with Gail Garrison today.. who calims shes not the owner but i found her name registered under the business as the owner.. she played it off .. telling me I have time for my wedding and she has no affiliation with Bridal couture shes just a designer.... yeah okkkk

after all this I called my designer, the girl was super sweet and told me she was under the impression bc was under renovation and she was very upset to find out what i was telling her... and could not believe this. She said she was going to contact the rep of the store and have him call me....

so now i guess i just stick it out for 2-3 weeks and see if my dress really comes..... all i want to say right now is AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Almost the same story with me too. Just that I didn't get a cell phone number and my veil is getting ship to me next week C.O.D too.

I don't think Gail is the owner. On BBB they list the owner and i believe it was another name. Where did you get the info?

If you're in contact with your designer, I'd try to continue to deal directly with her. I think that's the safest bet at this point.
