Almost the same story with me too. Just that I didn't get a cell phone number and my veil is getting ship to me next week C.O.D too.

I don't think Gail is the owner. On BBB they list the owner and i believe it was another name. Where did you get the info?

You're right, on the BBB site, it lists Geraldine LoPinto as the President. I'd love to know who the owner really is!


What a mess this is. I don't even feel confident dealing with the designer at this point. Who's to say that a few month I'll get call to tell me that the designer is no longer in business....

Here is the pic of your dress.. so maybe someone will see it an know who designs it for you. I would post this on the newlywed board, 09 and 2010 board also. Good Luck!
