Re: Brides who lost weight for their wedding..

This sounds so silly- CUrves. I am an averaged size person, I was a big athlete back in the day. I didnt think that it would work for me. My sister works there, so I started going. I lost like 15 lbs & toned up a lot. GOOD LUCK girls!!!

He is such a health freak...I actually recently stopped drinking diet coke because that stuff is not good for you!

FH wants me to gain weight but I am happy with my weight!!

Why is Diet Coke so bad? Is it the fake sugar? The caffeine that people worry about?

I would like to know why Diet Coke is bad also.....

well, according to the South Beach Diet book, caffeine in general affects your blood sugar in a way that makes you experience highs and lows, which means you feel hungry even when you're not because you're blood sugar is low, which leads to excess eating. but according to the book, the effect is minimal as compared to sugar, etc. so they don't necessarily recommend everyone on the diet cut caffeine out. i don't know why carbonation or fake sugar would have any effect.
