Im big on signs and reminders..
Once I got fed up with FH messing up our old apt so I put notes all over the house while he was in the shower....

'close the closet door when your don a$$hole'

on the floor 'socks dont go here moron'

'close the blinds properly so it doesnt look like a crackhouse'

WELL.. the joke was on me b/c out AC was broken and the maintenance men came in to fix it while we were gone and I KNOW they saw the signs...lol

Great signs! I could have used one in my kitchen as soon as I got home from work! I just ate leftover gnocchi....they were sooo good!

love it, but I doubt a flimsy piece of paper can stop me

Me either really, but It will make me think twice before snacking when I dont need to be. I dont keep bad food in the house anyway.

Ok- so I just have to bump this b/c it is totally working. Even if I go to the fridge, i choose something healthier b/c the sign is making me self conscious...lol

I saw Dr. Oz on Oprah and I'm on this new kick: I won't eat anything where High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Enriched Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil or Saturated Fat is in the 1st five ingredients. Also, no protein from 4 legged animals. We went to Whole Foods this weekend and $282 later, we have only healthy food in the house!

I actually have a picture of me 20 pounds lighter that I carry around. This might sound crazy but I also read like people or intouch at the gym and if I see a pic of like Jennifer aniston or Kelly rippa I leave that pic up when I'm running on the treadmill. It helps me push harder..

Hahaha! Thats so funny because I was just thinking of putting pictures of gorgeous models all over the kitchen to keep my eyes on the prize! That works too though!
