probably not - but since he is giving us the information he will basically determine the outcome - no he told us after we started - that we had actually cases (the first assignment we had the different mental hygene laws so we are only doing the research for the assignments now.
I couldn't drop b/c there wasn't really anything else to pick up that fit into my schedule
with this guy three people can hand in the same paper and get three totally different grades. He loves the guys in the class- they are rude to him and talk thru him the whole class but he likes them and spends part of the class discussing sports with them.

Med mal - sounds like a course I would have liked to take but they don't offer it at my school. Maybe it is the same guy - is he degrading to women, obnoxious, and just horrible to deal with? Funny part is he seems to like me and has asked me to work with him in his clinic for my pro bono requirement

Yes he is degrading to women and just plain nasty. I felt very uncomfortable in his class. But I don't think it's the same guy, b/c my prof. is some big shot med mal attorney in the City and has his own huge law firm. He only teaches that one class at my school.
