hey Bride twin..... we have the same wedding gown except mine is off the shoulders! They discontinued the one off the shoulders, but it is the exact same. I was thinking of staying in a hotel the nite b4 the wedding also, just to be away from the house.

I am getting married on March 27th at St. Killian's, we still have so much to do. A note to all of you, make sure you call your travel agent to confirm your travel plans, my fiance's name is Steven but everyone calls him Steve. So on when we booked we said Steve not Steven. Thank God the sweet lady was able to fix it or we would not have been honeymooning! We still have many small things to do like, tomorrow is tuxes, we have to do the programs still. My biggest problem right now is that I can't get in touch with the music director. He is very hard to get in touch with. I am the opposite that I am all jittery and I can't really sleep to well. At least I was able to take off the last week in Febuary. Ahhhh!!

Hi ladies, March ladies, that is...
Just wanted to check in. I have received 105 yes's and 27 no's and STILL have a lot more responses to get back. Going for hair trial and first fitting next sat, 14th. Will probably go for licence during Pres. Week, I am a teacher and therefore off. Anyone know if offices will open on Monday, Pres. Day?

Hi ! Had a producitve weekend, bought our kettubah ( Jewish wedding contract) in to Stu Art to get it matted and got the frame picked out, so we preordered the frame so it will not take to long after we bring it in to be framed to have the finished product. They are wonderful in there. We are going Presidents week also for our license, I am sure they are closed on Presidents day- it is a holiday when there is no mail etc, so I would think that Town hall will be closed also. So far 113 yes, we were told verbally for 4 more yes, but not adding them until I get back the card they said they put out in the mail. We have 8 no's so far. I get all excited when we get a yes, and kind of depressed when we get a no response, even though the people we know are going to be a no we kind of figured anyway. I am still tired alot,but not minding the added sleep, hope it stays this way and I am not up all nite b4 the wedding. Tomorrow I have a dress fitting.

I HAVE TO CALL FOR A DRESS FITTING! Im afraqid cause I gained all the weight I lost. What will I do if the dress doesnt fit????????????

After waking up in a cold sweat dreaming about my gown being 10 sizes to small I went today and tried the thing on so I can sleep! Yes, It fits. It fits fine. I guess I didn't gain as much as I imagined! I also made the appointment for the fitting......whew!!!

I am going to call up to find out where in Nassau do you get the license. I think in town hall in Hempstead, if I get home early tomorrow I will call and find out and post where. I have not had any responses back in 3 days! I feel like everyone forgot. Everyone seems to think March is so far away and it is not. I guess I am anxious... Tried on my dress it looked so good. I doid not want to take it off.I am going to be picking it up the second week in March. One of the Bm dresses is ready next week , and the rest will be done in the coming weeks. it is getting exciting !!!

YOU CAN GET YOUR LCIENCE IN ANY TOWN HALL. IM SURE ITS THE SAME IN NASSAU AS IT IS IN SUFFOLK. WE ARE ALSO GOING FOR OUR LICENCE NEXT WEEK BECAUSE I AM A TEACHER AND I HAVE OFF THAT WEEK.WHOOO!!!!HOOO!!!!

We went last week fo the license. They are definelty closed on Monday FYI!!!

1 Washington Street in Hempstead. I spoke to the lady there. They were so nice. They told me as long as you are a citizen all you need is your drivers license, passport / and or original birth certificate. Also, to know your social security #. They are open 8:15 am to 4:15 pm. Thety are closed on Monday for Presidents day.

What about starting seating charts and the place cards of were your guests are sitting. That will keep you busy for awhile and should be added to your list.
We are meeting again with our DJ this Tuesday nite. I feel like I am getting paranoid about things. I even called my sister up a few weeks ago to make sure she picked up our gift to my aunt and uncles anniversary , she thinks I am gong nuts by checking and double checking. I guess it is all the planning that has me going crazy!
