Technically I booked my photographer about 18 months in advance but then I moved up the wedding (almost the same week) so it ended up being only a year in advance. I would get cracking now!

ok-I've done a lot of research the last week to two weeks. I've come up with some places that will work in my budget. i've done Photo/Video in one place and separate. please let me know your opinions on who I will call for appointments.Queens Bridal Center

I booked mine 16 months is advance id start looking. I used photos of the heart, nice people.

Our wedding is June 2006. We booked both about 2-3 months ago.I'd say start now. Better to get the info and find out who is available!! Want to get your first choice!!

We booked ours over 2 years before we got married because we wanted specific vendors plus we saved alot of money since we were charged the price of that year.

Mine are booked. I am glad, because it is out of the way, and I don't have to think about it anymore, or worry about my date not being available.

We booked our photographer in March...she was our first vendor we booked. I think you still have time to book...have you looked around yet? If not I would say look around for a month or so then book when you find the right one for you!
