I have an Emerald Cut Diamond that 1.5 Carat Flawless and then princess cut diamonds on the side with a platinum setting.. i think total its 2.5 carats...I HEART IT!!!

If people don't like the question... they shouldn't answer it- no need to be offended...

When we were ring hunting it helped me to know the sizes/shapes of other people's rings to help me find what I wanted... there was never any judgment...

Mine is 1.5 cushion cut with micropave band...

I have almost the same exact ring (right down to the carat!) And I am OBSESSED with it

But there is so much more to a diamond than the size... A 1 carat flawless, colorless, GIA certified, etc can look so much nicer than and cost as much as a 4 carat piece of garbage.

Mine is a Pear 2.14 center. its has a round and square baget on each side at about .88.

So the whole thing is just over 3 carats.

The center stone was his mom's original stone which makes it really meaningful.

Not only is ii about size, it is also about the clarity!! I love my ring and it is sparkly as hell! it fits my hand beautifully and it was delivered in the light blue box :)

The center stone is a .5 and I think the total weight of the ring is around 1.00. It is the perfect size for me because I have midget hands and anything bigger would have looked funny.

I opened this thread fully expecting some MAJOR but it seems like we are all behaving ourselves....YAAAAAY!

You are correct! I have a friend who always said her giant rock was a flawless diamond and when I went with her to get it appraised, it did not appraise well at all, It wasnt even close to flawless.

So long as you love your ring, thats all that matters!

mine is 1.6 carat center stone with .53 pave stones around the side so total of 2.13 carats

I love my ring. It's exactly what I have always wanted. I sent my FH a picture of this ring 3 years ago just so he knew what kind of setting I liked. He saved that picture all of these years and had the ring made for me YAY

It's 2.31 round stone with 12 small round stones (6 on either side - just under .75ct) All prong set. Total weight just over 3 ct. It's so sparkly! I absolutely love it.

It doesn't matter how big it is, or what shape, setting, or anything. Everyone has their own taste and if you love your ring, that's all that matters.

We all have pictures; it's no suprise what the e-rings are like. Some LI girls are caddy and competitive...it's the nature of LI! Mine is a 1.5 princess cut with 1 ct princess channel cut band; 2.5 total. I love it and that's all that matters~

my baby (lol) is 1.38 or 1.42 (not entirely sure) round brillant with 5 round diamonds on each side. there is 3 diamonds, then a sapphire baquette and then 2 diamonds....the total comes out to over 3carats all together....and she is super sparkley! love! i will have to agree with the posters who said its not all about the size, its about the other 'c's' as well...

Mine is 1 carat...I don't know the amount in the setting. It's a heart shaped diamond...exactly what I wanted and just absolutely perfect for my hand!!!

to be honest, I have no idea how much the ring is weighted all together but the center stone is 1.13 or some odd number like that. It's awesome.

my ring is 1.5 carat center stone and a little over a half carat on the sides. so total is about 2 karats. :) Love it!

I have a 2.53 round center stone, with .80 paves on the band.

I can't seem to find a wedding band to go with it though, so will probably move it over to my right hand after the wedding.
