I don't eat it. DH and I either have to go to a restaurant that serves both chinese and japanese or a Beni Hana type place.

Love it. Well most of it. Some of the fish I don't care for-flavor and/or texture. There is a place by us that Pete and i go to all the time. TEENY hole in the walll but the best sushi I have ever had-so fresh.
