How to deal with mom?

My mom has been nothing but ridicule everything. My friends planned my bachorlette party in October wedding is the first week in December. November is the busy season for half my bridal party, my one friend is HR, the other is a massage therapists and I work PR, also the week before my wedding is Thanksgiving so that ain't happening. But she's screaming my friends don't know anything. Another thing my mom said for months she doesn't want my friends help with the bridal shower, but now since my grandma is in rehab she wants their help, but now she's screaming again she doesn't want their help. She's also screaming at me about the RSVP date for the invites, meeting with our wedding coorindator end of October so I made the RSVP October 16th. Because come November people are going to be thinking about vacations,thanksgiving and the holidays. She has nothing nothing but carry on about how nobody does this, you don't know what you are doing or anything. Is anyone else's mom this nasty and critical about your wedding plans? I can't deal with this anymore.
