FH wants to wait.... We have no money and he wants to enjoy being married first - I'm on the fence - sometimes I'm raring to go - sometimes I think - hmmmm - it's nice making plans without worrying about kids right now....

I'm like you in this situation

Nope...need to finish my doctoral coursework and internship and then we'll see....plus just enjoying newly married life BUT every so often I really want to....

no way - I'll only be 23 when I get married - I definitely will not be ready yet. I want to wait until I have time to grow up a little and establish myself before I even think about that.

Just as a side note: those of you who really want to get pregnant, you should look into fertility charting - it can help you get pregnant more quickly when you chart when your ovulation is. (I've been reading about fertility charting just because I think it's important to get to know your body and your cycle, and it can be used as both natural birth control and for achieving pregnancy, depending on how you approach it)
Seriously, think about it. Try the book 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility' by Toni Weschler. It's pretty amazing, and apparently can really cut down on the time it takes you to get pregnant (I can't say for sure because I'm not trying it, but that's what I've heard from reading about it, and from other people)
Hey, it can't hurt to try, and it only costs you the price of the book to read about it.

FH wants the honeymoon baby, I'd like to have a house first. I think we'll wait about 6 months and then start trying!

We are not waiting. I'll be 31 when we get married and FH is 38. He already has 2 kids, 12 and 7. Unfortunately, we can not go the traditional route....another reason we don't want to wait. I'm very excited though. I'm already a step-mom (not officially, but definitely a step-mom already), and I just can't wait to have one of our own.

We will start trying after the honeymoon, although, I am hoping not to get prego til fall (I have a HUGE family reunion in Jan. 07)...so being a few months prego wont be too bad. I am excited, I am 30 now, he is 29...it's what we both really want.

I want to wait a year to try and get pregnant. There's still so much to do with the house and I'd really like to squeeze in another vacation.

same thing with us.. we want to take our daughter to Diseny 1st
