Slather yourself in vaseline and lay in a warm bath for about half an hour. Just towel dry when you get out and shower the next morning. It's like you have new skin !!!!
I want to try this!

I was thinking about it...BUT...the NEW CREST WHITESTRIPS PREMIUM are fantastic!!!
I used the 30 day ones, and they were great, but these now work in 7 days.
They ABSOLUTELY WORK!!! the best $30 bucks you will EVER spend!
A friend of mine got married recently, and her pics showed teeth that were LESS than white. SOOOO worth it!

Wow. Glad you said that. I just bought these yesterday. Started with them today. We'll see in a few weeks if they work on me.
Has anyone had the brightsmile done thru your dentist?

Re: Let's Talk About Beauty Secrets!!!
I'm very lax in this department. I wear makeup very infrequently and I don't have anything special I do with my face, I just wash it in the shower with whatever soap is in there. I actually think there's something to be said for not messing with your face much, I've always had very clear skin, a litte dry at times, but still clear. I do, however, feel that I'm starting to get some wrinkles on my forehead, does anyone have any anti-wrinkle creams they can suggest?

For dry scalp try Aveda Scalp Remedy. I used it few times and didnt have to use it again.

Use Abreva as soon as you start to see one come on. It's like $17 for an itty-bitty tube but it's well worth it. I get fever blisters a couple of times a year, so for a week or so before the wedding I'm going to use Abreva. It helps them go away WAY faster than just waiting it out.

I just started using cold cream again at night (when I remember) and then I slather on some stuff- I think its Mary Kay- it looks and feels like pink vasoline. Its a night ellolient - I have no idea if I spelled that right.
In the AM I wash with those Olay cloths. I use a moisturizer every morning.
Oh, I also put that night ellolient stuff on my hands at night. It feels pretty gross but it makes your skin feel wonderful!
Um- I thats all I can think of right now.
Yes! That Mary Kay pink stuff (I think it's their night cream/emollient (sp?) is incredible, and you know what else it's great for? SUNBURN! If I get all red from being in the sun and put this stuff on it, I SWEAR I wake up the next day and the redness is gone!! It's really thick, but great!! Good on the heels of your feet too.

This might sound funny but it really works.. after getting waxed.. put desitin on the area and you will not even get red or there will never be 'red dots'.. my skin is so sensitive but this works wonders. They put it on after I get waxed where I go.. its great..Also for chapped lips or to just moisturize them use Sally Hansen's Vit Stick for lips.. so great!
