HELLO Russo Ladies where are you all.

I miss talking to my girls.

I had suck a situation this week with my Future Mother In Law

She went & bought us an early engagement gift we are having a party this August that my mother is giving us.

The thought was very nice & generous but she went & bought us our formal flatware. I did not pick it out, I haven't even registered yet. It is so not my taste & now I am not sure if we be honest with her & let her know How greatful we are for the idea but that we would like to return it & if she still wants that to be her gift to us let her come shopping with us & we pick it out. Or do we stay quite & tell her thank you & keep it.

Oh wow. I went with my mom and picked out what I liked and she bought it for us. That was not right for your FMIL to go out and pick something for you. I would ask you FH to to talk to his mom about it and she should exchange it for something you like. He should tell her you appreciate the thought, but would like the opportunity to pick something more your taste. I know in my situation if I said something it would cause alot of unnessecary drama, but if DH said something it would be better for her to her if from him than me. Tell her you already had something in mind and were going to register for it. Good Luck!

Good News FH had a talk with his mom about the flatware. She took everything better then I thought We are all going to go shopping together & pick out a set that we like. We went out to dinner with her today & had a nice time. lol.

I am just so happy she understood how we felt & did not get upset about returning the set she gave us.

Hi Girls...I'm back and married!!!

I have so much to say but just got into my house in Florida about an hour ago so my hubby is complaining I haven't spent any time with him yet. I wanted to sign on and tell all the Russo's brides how absolutely wonderful their wedding will be. Russo's was a big hit and every single person that attended could not believe what a wonderful wedding it was. I am speechless when it comes to what a wonderful day it was. The only complaint I have is the damn weather, but I had absolutely no control over that one! I can't wait to tell you girls all about it and post pics.

Yes it was a great gift I just felt bad because it really wasn't our teast, but at least FH had a good talk with her & it turned out well. When she has time we are taking her out with us to pick out a set that fits us better.

Hi ladies,
Hope you all have a great weekend!

I went to Russo's last night & met with Adrianna for floral & decorating. She was very nice & she actually did not give me crazy #'s. I told her my budget & she told me for what I want & because of Valentine's day she estimated a little higher to be safe & only went up $500 more then my budget price. Which is not bad. I told her if she can give me a week or so to think about it. I am going to go back to the first florist I liked & ask them to make me a sample CP & then see who does the best work at a good price rang.
