FH and I were going over the rest of all the payments for everything. And right now we need to come up wiyh $13,000 for November...

Are we the only ones in this boat... I feel like it's Alot!!!!!! I know we have our tax return, but WOW!!!

We are right there with you too!! My parents are picking up the reception costs but everything else is being paid by FH and I. I created a payment plan worksheet so I can make monthly payments to my vendors so I can have less of an ouch factor in Nov.

my FH and i have to pay for alot our selves. we are saving every penny we make, so that we will have enough for any extras that we want. honeymoon, invitations, BM and GM gifts? any ideas on gifts? is anyone getting a groomscake?

I don't know if it's too early to get right now. I don't think wine goes bad. I'm just not getting it until Sept/Oct because I would have nowhere to put 100 bottles of wine.

I want to do a Grooms cake. I just hope I can afford it by then..

As for the gifts, I got my BMs Robes that I will have monogrammed, and tote bags to put them in. I want to get them necklaces, but we'll see....

As for the guys, still no clue.

For gifts I'm paying for the girls hair but for the MOH's I'm paying for hair and makeup. I'm also getting a grooms cake. I don't think they're that expensive. I've heard about $200-$300. I think I'm getting a cake that resembles a case of bud light. He loves his BL

where are you getting the grooms cake.. there is an amazing cake store in the city called Colettes cakes, she does everything.. where is everyone gonna get the Grooms cake?

i do have out of town guest, but they already know about it.
