LOl.... I sometimes wonder this too. Mainly, it's because I don't have time to respond, I may have wondered the same thing as the poster so I just want to read the responses, or sometimes the response I would have given has already been given.

I think it is also everytime someone checks back or refreshes the page it changes the count.

I have been known to read a lot and post when I have something to add, not just agreeing with everyone else.

I was thinking about this lately too...THe only time it bothered me was when i posted that I found my dress.....over 200 views and like 10 responses!!!

I have to admit it hurt my feelings...

Yea, I feel like this sometimes. I think the viewed # is usually a lot higher than the # or responses because a lot of times people keep checking back on a post after they respond. Sometimes I know I click on apost I have already responded to because I forgot I already saw it.

Or, sometimes, I'll click on the post several times to read others responses... which could partially be to blame for higher view counts than post counts.. That is, people like me to read the same post 5+ times!

I usually always like to respond to a post, especially if I know it can help a fellow LIW bride out. But sometimes I read a post to get ideas. For example right now I am shopping around for a florist, so I read every post the mentions florists. I do not respond to all of them because I am just trying to get ideas and I don't have a response. Sorry I am def guilty of viewing a post and not responding, but I do try to respond to whatever I can especially if I think it will help you guys out.
