Am I the only one here that still has not sent out the invites I don't even have the envelopes back from the calligrapher yet. I am starting to stress!

I haven't sent them out yet... also waiting for the calligrapher. My RSVP date is 9/10 so I really hope I get them out this week!

My RSVP date is August 31

I need to get them out this weekend!

No worries ladies. Assembling and sending went quicker than we thought. Banged them out in three hours...285 of them!!!

Anyone else worried about going way over their guarantee??? 285/200

I don't have them out yet either. We're planning to finish them up over the weekend. I'm not really worried. We sent out save the dates months ago and we've talked to everyone who is invited. So they know it's coming.

My check in time - I am happy to report I scheduled my first fitting - My dress is finally in, I finished the programs, cd favors. I maile dout the invites and started to receive RSVP's...

I started on the card cake box, and rehearsal dinner invites.

I think thats about it -

The list NEVER ends...

My invites are out

. And i am getting a lot of responses back!
This week we are going to look at tuxs.

I gotta start ordering the stupid crap like the guest book/pen and the cameras and the napkins, envelope bag.

I am going for my first fitting the 11th

Yesterday, FH decides to tell me he thinks there is a couple we left off the list that now we should invite. I am torn on it. Our envelopes are still at the calligrapher but I feel bad calling and adding a name since I asked her yesterday if I could have them back this weekend.

On top of that, I still don't know what to do about inviting the people in my office.

This is so stressful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We guaranteed 200 and have about 270ish on the invite list so we are ok. I would love to have as close to the 200 as possible.

I am not worried or stressed about the number of people at the wedding as I am about the 'right' thing to do with inviting these people.

I have the co-worker invite issue. If you invite one then that sets of a chain reaction of 'oh, we can't invite her without inviting him' problem!!!
To add even more confusion...my Mom works for the same facility as me!!!

There is so much that I should be doing.. I have been exercising a little. I go for my first fitting next week and once I have that dress on I know I will be more motivated.
I have a question about tanning. I have very fair skin and a WHITE dress. Did anyone try that spray on tan? Does it look really fake?
Also.. My invites are out and I am getting RSVP's back (all yes so far!!).

My invites went out today, except for the work people. I am taking the rest of the week to decide about them. It is so confusing not only b/c of the chain reaction but b/c I am the one and only HR person here. I don't want to act like I have favorites!

The stress is starting to wear on me! There is still so much left to do!

I got my first RSVP today! the invites went out Saturday, and my good friend that I work with brought her RSVP in today to hand deliver it so she could be the first! I expect I should get some early bird responses tomorrow and thursday!

That is so exciting! I got a few messages from people today that they got my invites so I should be receiving responses shortly!

On another note, I have decided to invite all the people I wanted to invite from my office. It is my wedding and I want them there. I don't care what is PC for my job. Work is work and my wedding is my personal thing! That is my story and I am sticking to it!

We are having a BBQ the day before the wedding for out of towners and such. We are going to work on the invites for that this weekend and get them out within the next week or so. This is so they will have time to decide when they want to come in and how long they will need a hotel room for.
