Here is my honest opinion...

I would LOVE to see Chris win the whole thing, but I would HATE to see him locked down and marketed by 'American Idol'. I think he needs to be on his own and run with his talent and not be succumbed to the box that is American Idol.

Does that make any sense?

(I am still voting for him though!!

IMHO- Final 2 will be Taylor and Chris...

Elliot and Kat were just boring tonight...

IMO Elliot always sounds the same, sings every song like every other one.

Kat is too inconsistant - one song good, one song not so good.

I agree that Chris could sing the phone book and it would sound good, but I wasn't impressed with song #2.

I admit it - I cried during Taylor's second performance... maybe it's cuz he was singing about little boys and I have three of my own.... But I really could see the emotion. Nice to see him take it down a notch this week!

Just my 2 cents!

Eliott sang both his songs good but I just can't see him the next american idol
Taylor's second song was fine

Chris just looks good so whatever he does its fine by me

Catherine was awful tonight.

I really like Katherine's voice but I think she sunk herself this week. I think she knew it too. It was NOT her best at all. I would be surprised if she didn't go home tomorrow.

I agree. Based on last night's performances, the guys all stepped up, and Katherine did not. I think she's a goner.

I hate that she's so inconsistent. Because when she's on, and she's good, she's really good.

But when she's bad, she's REALLY bad.

Elliot bores me and although Chris is nice to look at, I don't see him having a hell of a lot of range. His songs always sound the same to me. But he's very good at picking songs in his range.

Taylor. Well, Taylor. I love him jumping around having a good time. But I just can't take him seriously enough as the winner. I just don't see it.

I also think you're right about Chris being squashed with a contract. Look what happened to Bo Bice. Now he's trying to market ballads that bear no resemblance to anything he did on Idol.

He is just plain out weird. I told my mom to give it a few years and we will reading about something crazy he did like murder or something. He is an odd character. It is Katherines time to get the boot.
