Soni - They hyatt regency in Hauppauge can hold 800. --- you should also try banquet halls in hotels.. they can usually accomodate for more people.

check with your RH again.. b/c usually they're up front of how many they can seat and stuff.. also are you doing a sit down dinner.. or family style or buffet?? all this can change things around..

i have about 500 and mine can fit about 600 plus.. and crest hollow i believe can do more than 500...

so I ordered FH ring and I got to see the wedding band he picked out 4 me which is BEAUTIFUL!!! :) :)
This wed. my sis and bro get here.then friday is my bachelorette bash. then sat. my parents come.
I have to start packing up my apartment tomorrow and tuesday :( :( ughh....i sooooo AM NOT looking forward to this.
we pretty much have all the rsvps from all guests. I need to start putting the table cards together..
hmmm...im going to meet with RH to finalize timeline and give them the cake i picked. hmmm....what else do u think??

We just finalized tables this past weekend. On Wed we meet with the RH for our final meeting...give them the floor plan and final payment. We picked up champagne flutes and the cake cutting set and today hopefully i'll be able to get the unity candle. we also got the bathroom baskets....just gotta put it together

tomorrow is my second dress fitting!

I don't think we're sending out RD invites, just asking our parents to pass along the info.

I still have to get gable boxes for the OOT boxes and fill those, print the programs and kids activity books, and maybe if i can, start moving stuff into the apt.

I saw our place yesterday...it's furnished, just waiting to get a tv - and i love it!!

i'm going pack next week.. we need to buy a tv, tv stand and an ottoman.. i can't find a nice ottoman and a dinette set.. and we can't set it up till we come back from our HM.. luckily FH is graduating and he'll time off so he'll do all the set up.. and we'll be staying with the in laws for a few days..

Villa Barone told us up front he could hold 400. After doing our guest list we came up to 450 that would def come. And you know how indian people are. they will bring a random friend with them even though they are not invited so god knows it could go up to 500.

And my one deal was that i wanted to get married where none of my family or his family got married at. villa labordis, hyatt, crest... EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY HAS GOTTEN MARRIED THERE!

this is my worst nightmare!!!

i actually called them and they have my date available but TWO people in the past month got married there that i know.... you think i should just not care about finding a place that no one has done it at and just go with terrace???

at this point, you shhould just go with anything you find thats available..as long as its a nice place :)
does villa have a larger room available?? You do have a LOT of people coming, so get on it soon!!!

I dont think Villa Barone will give me my money back but I really dont blame them because it wasnt their fault. and its only two months before the date so I doubt someone else will book it for that date.

Ill tell my fiance to check out terrace. Are the prices reasonable?

Worst comes to worse we will have to cut our guest list.

thats soo great that you guys got an apt already!!! FH and I are going to hold off on the apt for now since we are traveling so much for weddings this summer, that we would barely be there..so we will stay with his parents for some time...
