I am going to look for dresses this summer. I figure a year in advance is plenty of time. I am usually an indecisive person so once I make up my mind I don't even want to see another wedding dress.

i am feeling the same way. thats why i am stressed about buying the dress. but i got an awesome price quote and i love it. i think i should just do it.

HI ... I am a July bride too ...

I booked my hall which includes -
Limo
DJ
Vidoe guy
floral centerpieces
cake
chair covers
photographer
(i know i am missing something)

the only things i need to worry about are
invites
boquets
favors

my mom said she would buy my dress

So for now i think i am ok for a little bit ..
i don't know since this is all new to me i don't know when where what i should be doing

Are you girls blocking room at a hotel for your wedding? If so what hotel are you planning on using and when do you plan on blocking the rooms?

I blocked rooms at the Courtyard Marriott near LaGuardia.

im having a prob with this bc all the hotels near leonards are pricey........great neck inn....the andrew and Roslyn Claremount.....i blocked off rooms at RC.....and im gonna do the ramada in bayside which isnt that far...i just feel like LGA is a lil far? are you doing a shuttle?
