Oh thanks. I'm having my doubts about it, so I figured if I saw it more often, I might like it more again. If you google Polish wedding traditions tons of stuff comes up.

I'm 50% Polish (my mom is 100%) and I know maybe 10-15 words (not including stolat), some of which were posted.

we did the bread thing, it was very emotional for our parents... we also had bouquets of flowers for our parents and we gave them during the reception... and after that we danced with our parents to the song 'Cudownych rodzicow mam'

I want to dance with my dad to Elton John's 'You'll be blessed'. I love that song, and my dad is the one who introduced me to classic rock, my favorite type of music.

we had a Polish DJ so we didnt have to worry much about music, he was great... we had a mix of everything...

' cudownych rodzicow mam' everytime I listen to this song I cry............and That's what I am going to do at my reception.......couse My dad past away 4 years ago and I only have my mom SO does my fh...but I though about it and I will have that song...

If you don't mind, how much did you pay? I'm just asking cause I'm about to sign DJ Gutek. I found him though a friend from my church. He's charging me $900 for the whole reception.
