I lost 1 this week. My total is 24.4 now.

I agree ladies, a loss is a loss. It feels better than going this other way.

I missed this week's meeting - but I have a really good feeling for next week. 2 days in a row FH had a yummy dessert and I didn't even take 1 bite and he kept offering it to me! I'm so proud of myself when I find the willpower!

Okay, I'm starting up again tomorrow. But in my defense, yesterday was my birthday! But I'm starting tomorrow and I'm going to try to use very little flex points.

Girls, you're all doing well....keep it up!

My weigh in is Tues., I was sloppy yesterday though eating lasagna at Ray's friends' house & then a slice of cheesecake....

I'm down 16lbs from my heaviest ever on Jan. 2 (but I weighed myself the night we got home from NH chowing & drinking the whole 5 days).

This weekend wasn't so good...but I try and relax somewhat on the weekend and be good during the week...this is why I weigh in on Saturday mornings!!!

So far I've lost 6.5 pounds in the last two weeks but this weekend I was soooo bad. It was FI's birthday so I was out to dinner twice - with dessert. Back to eating good today though and the gym!

Ive been pretty good so far. Sometimes I slack a little in the counting department, but Ive been really good with the gym. 45 min of cardio a day. My weigh in is tomorrow. So far I am down a little over 5. I just pray for 2 lbs a week. Thats all i ask. Well see.

girls..i bought in waldbaums this weekend WW yogurt at 1pt a cup!!! I had lemon creme and it was awesome!!! Plus..they are on sale for 49 cents each!!

Girls.. DONT GIVE UP. I am a WW lifetime member and I will be the first to tell you, it is hard. I have lost 50 pounds total and have kept 40 pounds off for 2 yrs now (10 pounds varies on time of year, vacations, stress. ) I went from a 14-16 size to a 2. Hang in there and YOU CAN and Will Succeed.

Are we still being good, ladies? I hadn't seen this thread in a while and I was wondering how everyone was doing.

I maintained this week, which is good because my bachelorette party was last week. I was sure that I would gain. Whew! So I am still at -27.4 with my 2nd fitting in just a few days!

How is everyone else doing?
